* Fire Fighting : As per approved drawings and specifications.
* Electricity : Exclusive transformer with adequate capacity to bear the load designed as per electrical drawings.
* Electrical : Concealed fire retardant copper wiring ( Finolex, Havells, Anchor, V Guard or equivalent brand) with ample fan, light and power points, ELCB, MCB (MDS , Havells , L T or equvalent brand) and independent energy meter for each apartment 5 basic points linked to generator to be used in case of emergency with auto trip facility in case the consumption exceeds 5 basic points. Modular Switches of Crabtree, Roma, ABB, Anchor or equivalent brand.
* Generator : Standby soundless generator with acoustic frame (only for common purpose plus additional five points inside the flats on emergency) with sufficient capacity, of Kirloskar or equivalent make.
* Water supply : Public and ground water supply through sumps and overhead tanks. Kirloskar or pumps of similar makes with sufficient capacity with water level sensors.
* Telephone : Concealed wiring for 2 telephone points.
* Cable T V : Concealed wiring for two T V points.
* Sewage treatment plant : With required load as per rules.
* Rain water Harvesting : Provision for rain water harvesting as per rule.
* Parking : As per approved design.
* Waste water disposal : Drainage as per government guidelines.
