    Hello Friends,

    i am planning to buy a 1 BHK flat in Thane, especially somewhere close to Ghodbunder road or even in Hiranandani Estates. But only in an under construction project which would let me take possession in next couple of years.

    Vijay Orovia looks to be a good option, except for its price. Also i wanted to know some good to know information about the location, such possibility of property price hike, can i expect good amount of rent if i choose to give my flat on leave and licence basis, is the area Too Crowded etc. Please ping me with such informations
